Rep. Arago brings DFA's mobile passport service in San Pablo

Laguna 3rd District Representative Ma. Evita R. Arago in coordination with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Southern Tagalog Office will sponsor a mobile passport service on November 20, 2010 at the Siesa Residencia de Aragao at Green Valley Subdivision, Bo. San Francisco in this city starting from 8 am to 3 pm.

The passport classified as machine readable costs P1,200 and the requirements include: birth certificate, authenticated by the National Statistics Office (NSO); two valid identification cards, and; for married women, authenticated marriage certificate.

Due to the processing policies being implemented, only the first 500 applicants will be accepted. The passport
application should be entrusted to the passport coordinator at the office of Representative Arago 15 days before the scheduled mobile passport service and ask for the time the mobile passport official will entertain them.

The passport applicant should apply personally during the scheduled mobile passport service but children below eight years old and senior citizens more than 65 years old are exempted.
During the mobile passport service, requests for replacement of lost passports will not be accepted but it will accept requests for replacement of lost expired passports. (PIA Calabarzon)
