100 Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Agents - For SAN PABLO CITY, LAGUNA Site

The Customer-Service Representative will:

• Deal directly with customers via phone/emails.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Perform customer verifications
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests of clients
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Excellent communication skills (listening, oral and written)
• Has a good command of the English language
• Proficient in MS applications, has a good working knowledge of the Internet
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Previous call center experience an advantage but not required
• Must have good working attitude and a good team player.
• Willing to work/be asigned in San Pablo City, Laguna.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
