Laguna most livable place – PIA survey

This province is one of the most livable places in the country based on a nationwide survey conducted by the Philippine Information Agency and the Philippine National Police.

The survey result is due to the good governance of Gov. Jorge E.R. Ejercito Estregan and the efforts employed by the local police to maintain peace and order.

Estregan aims to raise the income of the province by convincing investors to put up their business here while the local police under Senior Supt. Gilbert C. Cruz are stepping up crime prevention measures to protect both the residents and traders.

Residents believe that Estregan’s leadership, particularly his 15-point program on hunger and poverty alleviation, will truly bring progress to Laguna.

The PIA survey showed that respondents cited the province’s peace and order situation in the past six months as the reason why they want to put up business in Laguna.
