Typical Work Activities
The Technical Support Representative is responsible for assisting foreign customers in solving technical issues. Tasks depend on the issues raised but will typically include:
• Installing and configuring computer software via phone
• Monitoring computer systems and networks
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults over the phone
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Supporting new applications and perform backup procedures

Job Requirements:
1. At least 2 years in college
2. IT background in Hardware, Software and Networking troubleshooting skills is a plus but not required
3. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Desktop Operating System, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
4. Can work with minimum supervision, responsible and reliable
5. Has good to excellent command of the English language
6. Strong Customer service orientation
7. Competent, confident and is able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment
8. Amenable to work in San Pablo City, Laguna at shifting schedules.
