Sales Admin. Assistant
Calabarzon & Mimaropa - San Pablo City, Laguna

Responsibilities:

Performs administrative and clerical functions in Vehicle Sales - Admin Section which includes the following:
Makes  business correspondence (internal or external) when necessary;
Assists Sales Admin. Personnel in preparing, checking, recording, completing of documents on purchases under financing including following up of credit applications;
Assists  in preparing requirements for dispatch, insurance and LTO registration;
Assists  the Sales Team in documentation, recording and on file management

Requirements:


Male or Female (between 22 – 28 years old)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
 Well-organized and  Self motivated,
Resourceful, results-oriented, trustworthy and reliable.
Above average communication & interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Graduating students from reputable schools  are also welcome to apply as "apprentice"
Applicants must be willing to work in San Pablo City.
