  • Develops a specific local store marketing program that will drive sales and ensure proper implementation of marketing materials.
  • Initiates and executes activities such as: Store opening plan, Leafleting, Streamers/banners/posters trade area visibility, Company tie-ups (discounts, frequency/loyalty card), Local tie-ups (for directional signs/community billboards/fiestas), Community sponsorship (streamer w/ off-site booth selling during community events.

  • Reports, researches and establishes good PR relations with internal and external clients/suppliers.
  • Creates customer database through guestbook, comment card, birthday party information and develop plans to utilize such as telemarketing, direct mail.
  • Regularly does telemarketing and cross-promotions with tie-ups.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years experience as a Marketing Assistant/Officer, preferably in the QSR industry; with established connection and good relationship with different networks in business industries.
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • People-oriented, team player, and flexible; willing to travel as far as Naga
  • Preferably living in South Luzon area (Alabang, Cavite, Laguna, Las Pinas Area)
